Stuart N. Brotman has been appointed Information Technology Fellow in the International Communications Studies Program (ICS) at the Center for
Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC.
CSIS is the primary forum for international communications and information technology policy in the nation's capital. The ICS program engages senior-level private and public sector policy makers -- from both developed and developing countries and from multilateral organizations -- in its seminars, programs and project working groups. This global network is addressing the policy impacts and market opportunities created by today's fast-changing information technology, positioning CSIS as a leading public policy institution addressing the global Internet environment.
